Job Desc:

- Update Weekly & Monthly payment schedule;
- Bank Reconciled;
- Analysts budget (COSS, expanses) & sales report per month
- Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to predict cash needs and surpluses.
- Monitor daily cash balances across accounts and initiate transfers or investments to optimize liquidity.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners, negotiate banking fees, and explore opportunities for improved services.
- Oversee the disbursement process, including approving payments, managing wire transfers, and ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate collections activities to accelerate receivables and minimize outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts, monitor budget variances, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation of tax returns, coordination with external tax advisors, and implementation of tax-efficient strategies.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain financial systems and software to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate employee & personnel adminstration (e.g : employee attendance report, employee agreement, etc)
- Process purchase order and maintain GA & Procurement records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience >5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Experience in a company with daily transactions would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and familiar with accounting software
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willing to work from Bandung for 1 year and relocate to Jakarta next year.
