Finance Manager I

Ringkasan Fungsi:
You will be designining, implements and directs financial, internal control, tax and treasury activities for respective site as part of a region or country structure, as well as advises management on these matters. The focus will be on Accounting, Control or Financial Planning. Primary responsibility for oversight of day to day maintenance of general accounting, controls and/or financial reporting activities at the site. You will also provide supports on consolidation of global financial account statements by monthly, quarterly and during annual closing processes.

Tanggung Jawab:

- By overseeing accounting and/or financial analysis activities respective location.
- Managing overall General Ledger transaction activities and related accounting practices as they pertain to the group sub-legers, including, inventories and fixed assets.
- Ensures accounting records are prepared and kept in accordance with Cabot's global standards and generally-accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Coordinates consolidation and reconciliation of site accounting with corporate accounts
- By overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance and identification of financial/business issues.
- Works closely with local Facility General Manager (FGM) and Global Business Services (GBS) team in respective region on end-to-end processes.
- Provides direction on matters involving cost determination, inventory valuation, overhead distribution, product pricing and others.
- Leads development and communication of forecasts, analyses, budgets and other financial information to Facility General Manager (FGM)
- By providing and giving supports efforts and work closely with control owners in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal control compliance, self-assessment, control deficiency identification & remediation.
