Finance Planning Manager - Jakarta

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, budgets and reports for all areas of the organization.
- Analyze financial performance and make recommendations to management for improvement.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast and address any issues.
- Develop and implement appropriate financial planning, reporting and control policies and procedures.
- Coordinate financial planning activities with other departments.
- Prepare short and long-term financial projections.
- Establish targets and performance measures for all areas of the organization.
- Develop and maintain financial models for evaluating potential investments and business opportunities.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, decision-making, and pricing decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experienced in budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
