Finance Staff

Maintain day-to-day finance & accounting matters (general invoice, recap invoices, account receivable, account payable, and accrued expenses).- Responsible for accuracy, completeness, and timely month-end closing.- Manage all accounting receivables and incoming cash in compliance with financial policies and procedures.- Organize all data & documents (filling all records of expenditure), reports, contracts, employees' payroll, and information.- Support end-to-end operational financial flows as needed for the company.- Track the company's financial performance, prepare and present financial reports including financial forecast, business plan analysis, budget & monitoring/review cash flow management, and other finance-related matters.**Requirements**:- Have 1 year of work experience in Finance operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Fluent in Microsoft Excel and accounting programs.- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles- Excellent communication skills and attitude, able to work as a team- Diligent, disciplined and detail-oriented- Proactive and well-organized, able to work under deadlinesAbility to commute/relocate:- Serpong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
