Finance Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and update financial data into our database with high accuracy. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, tax returns, and audits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure data integrity.
- Support the accounting department with invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Help in identifying process improvements to enhance data entry procedures.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month

- Medan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
