**About the Role**:
A finance system analyst focuses on the financial aspects of business systems and solutions. This role manages and optimize financial software (ERP - Workday) and systems.
**What You Will Do**:
- System Management and Maintenance:
- Maintain and support financial systems such as ERP software, accounting systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Ensure systems are configured correctly to meet financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with finance departments to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed financial requirements and workflows.
- System Design and Implementation:
- Design financial systems and processes that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of financial systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial data.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training to finance team members on new systems or updates.
- Offer ongoing support to resolve system issues and assist with user inquiries.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure financial systems comply with regulatory requirements (e.g. IFRS, OJK, BI).
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect financial data.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve system efficiencies.
- Recommend and implement best practices for financial system management.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial system analysis, accounting, or finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with financial software systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting or accounting system role.
