JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities
• Tax Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax returns, including CIT, VAT, and WHT, while maintaining compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
• Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyze financial data, prepare tax forecasts, and develop strategies for tax optimization and cost management.
• Audit and Examination Management: Manage and coordinate tax audits and examinations by government authorities, ensuring all necessary documentation and reports are prepared and submitted.
• Tax Advisory: Provide tax-related advice and support to internal departments, ensuring that business decisions are aligned with tax regulations and company policies.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, assess their impact on the company, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and tax management, with a strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proven experience in preparing and submitting various tax reports and returns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
