Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accounting Specialist located in Jakarta Selatan. The Financial Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of financial records, performing account reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. The Financial Accounting Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Accounting Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with financial software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of tax regulation

**Job Description**:

- Ensure proper maintenance of the Company's financial records.
- Verify and post operational journal entries accurately.
- Verify the completeness of documents.
- Perform reconciliation and adjustments to financial data accurately.
- Prepare bookkeeping and financial reports regularly.
- Calculate taxes and submit periodic SPT (Monthly and Annually).
- Prepare RAB (Forecast) when required.
