A large listed Manufacturing and Production company based in Jakarta has just made available a Financial Analyst job. The ideal candidate must have three to five years' experience in budgeting and reporting knowledge within the industry. In this job, you will be responsible for all commercial finance matters for the company along with budgeting, reporting and cost controlling.
About the Financial Analyst Role:
This critical role based in Jakarta within the finance division reporting directly to the Head of Business Analyst is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Support site in the preparation of annual budgets and provide a consolidated group budget
Prepare life of mine financial models for all sites
Work with department managers agree key performance indicators to measure performance. Implement systems to ensure information is captured and reported on a timely basis
Prepare analysis on tender evaluations, capital purchases, new initiatives and other commercial decisions. Assist in negotiating implementations of these initiatives
Understand information systems requirements from executive management and site management and set Business Systems strategy to align with business strategy
Implement and improve business systems on time and budget. Prioritise projects in accordance with Executive objectives
Develop business systems and analysis teams to deliver specific tasks and objectives
Prepare quarterly reports, investor presentations and other investor information
Prepare consolidated monthly financial report for the group and board presentations
To succeed in this Financial Analyst role, you must possess good communication and strong business partnering skills.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's (or above) degree in Accounting or equivalent
At least 15 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting and systems implementation
SAP knowledge is a plus
Good command of English
Sense of responsibility
Background in financial or mining discipline
Positive, driven, enthusiastic and ambitious for the business
