Job Description Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze Financial Data, Develop Comprehensive Models, Forecasts, And Budgets, And Provide Actionable Insights For Strategic Decision-making.Account Management: Oversee Multinational Accounts, Monitor Performance, And Address Financial Issues Or Opportunities.Strategic Planning: Collaborate On The Company's Strategic Plan, Evaluate Investment Opportunities, And Assist In Long-term Financial Planning.Financial Reporting: Prepare And Present Financial Reports, Ensure Compliance, And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.Team Leadership: Supervise And Mentor A Team Of Financial Analysts, Promote A Culture Of Growth And Teamwork, And Set Performance Expectations.Requirement Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)With 5 years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practices.Excellent knowledge of financial software and toolsStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
