Financial Planning Manager

Position: Financial Planning ManagerOur client is a US-based consumer product company, currently is seeking a Financial Planning Manager with 4-5 years of experience in consumer product finance. Responsible for driving financial decision-making through analysis, forecasting, and reporting to optimize performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Present reports on key financial metrics to senior management.
- Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting.
- Monitor performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to strategic business planning based on financial insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in budgeting and management reporting process.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex data effectively.
- Proven track record in process improvements and strategic planning.

**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp45,000,000 per month
