Fit Out Staff Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle fit out work permits as well as deposit and return administration activities.
- Check the proposed renovation design to comply with applicable regulations.
- Supervise with related teams in terms of renovation work.
- Make a warning if the implementation of the renovation violates the conditions that have been set and approved.
- Check with the engineering team and tenants if the renovation process has been completed.
- Ensure administration related to renovations are fulfilled and running according to applicable regulations.
- Make periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect Engineering or equivalent.
- Mastering building engineering knowledge and capable of high mobility.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience (for Diploma Degree/Polytechnic) or 1 year (for Bachelor's Degree) in the field of construction/building maintenance/Fit Out.
- Computer literacy Ms. Office, SAP and AutoCad software or other design software that can support fit-out work.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
