Having at least 2 years experience in restaurant / hotel operations in the same position

Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Strong analytical and planning skills

Able to communicate in English and bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Operations Management expertise inclusive of leadership, guidance, and management of teams and inventory management

Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
