Food & Beverages Manager

Minimum S1 in Food Production from NHI or other reputable institute/ university.
- Excellent knowledge and ability to create good menus of Indonesian, Western and Mandarin
- Having at least 7 years experience in Food and Beverage managerial in the Golf Country Club, Hotel & Resto, Oil and Gas catering services.
- Have background Chef (Head Chef/Executive chef)
- Have excellent knowledge of food materials graming and able to prepare production budget and cost control.
- Must have strong leadership and excellent kitchen management skills and ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner for all parties involved
- Proficient in computer software including the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Willing to be assigned at remote location if required.

Gaji: Rp25.000.000 - Rp30.000.000 per bulan
