Freelance Project Manager

Manage and monitor project progress, from outlining task, timelines, and implementation

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Work closely with event organizers and vendors to understand event objectives, target audience, and desired outcomes.

Create and maintain detailed timelines for each phase of event planning and execution.

Ensure all project milestones are met according to schedule.
Min. 1-2 year years experience in project manager, event coordinator, or similar

Proven track record of success in supporting event and project initiatives, preferably within a freelance capacity.

Had experienced in handling both offline and online event with 50 to 200 participants

Had experienced in finding, coordinating, and monitoring vendor

Willing to work in a 9-months contract-based, with a hyrid arrangement
