**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform's audience and specifications.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and maintain a consistent brand voice and image.
- **Video Editing**:
- Edit and produce captivating videos for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality and engaging content that aligns with the brand's objectives and style.
- **Website Management**:
- Update and maintain the Wix website as needed, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings.
- **SEO Optimization**:
- Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance metrics, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the website remains competitive and visible in search engine results.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze social media and website performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Use data insights to optimize strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to achieve desired goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media management, audience growth, and SEO optimization.
- Proficiency in managing various social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent video editing skills, with experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Wix website management and SEO best practices, with a demonstrated ability to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
