Ftth Site Supervisor

Job Description

1. Responsible for OSP Project site Implementation from Technical Implementation to Site Acceptance PAT.

2. Supervise Subcon daily Activities, site Deployment Plan and Forecast Target plan of Completion.

3. Be familiar with design/as built drawing, fiber testing tools and splicing tools and testing reports

4. Site Material management

5. daily/weekly progress reporting

6. Quality assurance and ensure site work meet Moratel standard

7. Good knowledge about FTTH work and familiar with OSP equipment (Fusion Machine and OPM, Earth Ground Tester, OTDR for ODN/OSP testing

8. With Good Moral Character

9. Other tasks assigned by GPM or regional PM

Requirement

1. Be familiar with FTTH project site implementation process

2. With at least two years of OSP site supervisor experience

3. Good at problem solving and working in multiple culture and high pressure environment

4. Good at communication, coordination

5. With Good Moral Character
