Full-Time Graphic Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for Vista Education and its partners.
- Collaborate with the creative & marketing team, as well as stakeholders in the company to create creative assets.
- Manage production of all creative pieces from conception to completion.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
- Strong concepting skills showing results that align with marketing needs (leads, traffic, engagement, etc.)
- Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles in the visual side (composition, flow, rules, priority)
- Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with a team.
- Ability to create motion graphics & video editing.

**Experience**:

- Graphic Design: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Surabaya (required)
