- Minimum Diploma Degree from Management or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Proficient using Ms Office
- Have a good communication skill
- Well organized with great time management skills

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate office maintenance also handling office equipment and office assests
- Carry out periodic control and recording of office assets and inventory
- Able to do asset and inventory tracking
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and daily necessities
- Reponsible to prepare business visa and or working permit for all foreigner
