Let's join us to share the fun!**Job Description**:If you're challenged to:- Develop ideas for new game prototype to reach intended Key Performance Indicator (KPI)- Develop ideas for new content, gameplay, and progression systems in the existing game throughout the player life-cycle to reach KPI- Iterate existing features and Live Ops based on data and research to improve its KPI- Execute the design ideas into production and work together with other parties to make sure the content and features are delivered to the highest quality- Work together with level designers to set the player life-cycle and experience throughout the game- Take part in internal and external playtests, communicate with testers, and iterate based on feedback.- Maintain documentation related to features, live-ops, changelogs, and iteration result**Qualifications**:- Versatile in creating assets in various style- Experienced in many design tools and software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SAI, Blender (is a plus), Spine (is a plus)- Good taste and high standards on game visuals- Strong ability in concept design- Passionate in game industry
