Job Descriptions:
- Maintenance of office assistant (OB), messenger, driver, security
- Arrangement operational activities and vehicle, including coordinating with driver (sales visit, crew change) and arrangement operational all vehicle cost (emoney, transport)
- Maintain and manage company asset and building (including branches) and create database assets, stock opname (ATK)
- Handling procurement of goods (create price/vendor comparison, survey vendor, process payment request)
- Process all payment request for HR & GA department (utilities, building maintenance, projects)
- Arrangement for business and travel (transportation, accomodation, allowance, all related to business travel)
- Responsible for running and manage HRGA projects
- Collaborate with other HR & GA, Finance & Accounting and other parties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affair Admin in busy high-growth environment (not open for fresh graduate)
- Willing to work both on weekends and after office hour
- Strong communication, wide networking, good interpersonal skill and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and can prioritize task
- High attention to details, administrative skills and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with vendors, stakeholders, and third parties
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Domicile near Tanjung Priok (Jakarta Utara) will be a plus!
Pay: From Rp500,000,000 per month
