**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in GA matters
- Able to maintain all company facilities and company assets
- Responsible for carrying out building maintenance tasks and repairing building equipment
- Control and direct supervision of the activities of cleaning Service, mechanic, and security to achieve maximum efficiency of work.
- Establish good relationship and cooperation with other department within the company.
- Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationships with third parties.
- Ensuring the maintenance of buildings and facilities goes well and efficiently
- Able to perform calculations, planning of building materials, and supervision of construction projects
- Able to plan office facility maintenance schedule and repair damage
- Handling complaints & create administrative report from all business unit
