Persyaratan

Hold minimum Bachelor's degree.

Working experience in Japanese Trading company (Automotive Parts/Machinery).

5 years of experience as more than Senior Manager level.

Business level English or Japanese.

Punctual.

Preferably able to speak Japanese.

Tanggung Jawab

Managing business department (sales & marketing, SCM purchasing, delivery).

Making sales and marketing activity to understand Indonesian Automotive Market deeply and advising/reporting to Japanese President Director to support for making decision for business strategy.

Project management and monitoring progress (Management decided to launch new product Indonesia, responsible for completing the delivery according to client's need)

Understanding and analyzing company PL (Sales and Cost), finding the growth point and cost cutting point to make.

Finding the issues supply-chain globally especially Thailand branch collaboration.
