What will you do?
You will support Recruiters, Hiring managers and Candidates with scheduling interviews. Your tasks will be:

schedule multiple interviews, book rooms through on-line tools and coordinate administration of the interview process.
be the first point of contact for Recruitment Business Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates during the interview process.
ensure excellent customer and candidate satisfaction by pro-actively communicating daily via e-mail and phone.

What are we looking for?
Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Excellent command of English
Excellent command of German
Preferably experience in customer service and/or a service center environment, fresh graduates are also welcome.
