**As a **Global Education Partnership Specialist **You Will**:

- Create new products and business funnels tailored to enhance our educational offerings.
- Investigate flagship products from various educational counseling agencies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Examine the behavior and journey of Kobi's students to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work alongside the Lead of Business and Product Development to identify and establish education partnerships abroad.
- Secure and finalize partnership agreements with educational institutions, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Plan and oversee the development of marketing materials with the Marketing Division to promote our partner universities.
- Learn and master certification modules for agents in the UK, Australia, and other countries.

- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for international relations, international education cooperation, international communication, or related disciplines.
- High level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Prior experience in market research, competitive analysis, product or business development, especially within the education sector or involving international partnerships.
- Familiarity with educational counseling practices, student recruitment processes, and enrollment procedures. Understanding of international education systems, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in market research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical tools. Ability to analyze customer behavior, journey mapping, and segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, intercultural understanding, adaptability, critical thinking, collaborative mindset, proactive and customer-centric approach, ethical conduct, resilience, and enthusiasm for contributing to the education sector's success.
