Meta is seeking a Partner Manager who will serve as a critical relationship manager to government, political, and nonprofit partners utilising our commercial products. In this role you will establish and strengthen key partner relationships by providing education and support. A successful Partner Manager is detailed oriented, focused on the needs and goals of clients or partners, has strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams. This role will be based in Jakarta to support Indonesia, Timor-Leste and Brunei.
**Government & Social Impact Partner Manager, Indonesia, Timor-Leste, Brunei Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a training and engagement strategy for the government and social impact ecosystem that is aligned with Meta's global approach, while accounting for partner needs and unique local dynamics.
- Understand key decision makers and influencers and their organization's business objectives, establish and maintain actionable relationship maps. Demonstrate value of Meta's products as a key driver for civic engagement and public communication. Inform partners of new processes, policies, and products.
- Collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams (e.g. scaled customer service team, sales operations, legal, communications, policy teams) and ensures the Government and Social Impact team is delivering on expectations. Effectively facilitates escalations internally.
- Attend/present at events to represent Meta's product solutions and vertical strategy. Serve as external product consultant for government and social impact partners.
- Oversee internal account operations and partner with cross functional team to drive best in class service solutions for the government and social impact vertical, ensuring service excellence.
- Capture / identify product and innovation needs based on external partner / industry feedback. Identify relevant industry trends relevant to governments and social impact organisations.
- Synthesise data and insights for internal and external audiences.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 7+ year's experience in a client-service role interfacing with clients.
- Experience introducing new products, policies, and systems to clients / partners.
- Experience working with communications and /or marketing leaders in the government and social impact space.
- Knowledge of government and social impact vertical experience using the accompanying Meta tools and solutions.
- Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions.
- Experience working with cross functional teams with the ability to partner with executives.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of Bahasa Melayu and / or Tetum will be an added advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships).
- Demonstrated experience public speaking/presenting to large groups of stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed.
