Graphic Design Executive

**Job Description**:
To create & develop a positive image and relationship between the hotel and the public, vendor, suppliers, guest, clients and community.

Assisting in drawing up the Marketing Plan annually with the Marketing Communication Manager. (Include section on Public Relations Plan and Advertising Plan)

Follow up the Public Relations Action Plan and Advertising Plan annually.

Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Websites

Take Picture & Attends all official functions as a representative of the hotel.

Take Picture & Attend social events both in-house and outside.

Ensures that Design is optimum publicity is created for all major hotel activities.

Take photographs and prepares news releases of events undertaken by the hotel.

Defines precisely V.I.P. picture and put it in hotel social media or wall of fame activity.

Prepares and selects all printed literature, sales tools, Hotel give-away in conjunction with the Management.
