JOB DESCRIPTION
• Create visually appealing designs 173r print, digital media, social media, and other marketing materials. Develop unique concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Ability to create simple and conipelling motion graphics, animations, and video content. Transform static designs into dynamic visual experiences to enhance user engagement and convey complex ideas effectively.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative tealns to understand project requirements and objectives.
Collaborate effectively with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative discussions, and
ensure consistency across all designs and motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign, and After Eflects. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality ofwork.
• Ensure all designs and motion graphics meet high quality standards and are error free.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
• 1-2 years ofexperience in the same position within the retail personal care products industry, with a focus on men's grooming would be a plus. Fresh graduate with internship experience can apply
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong port17)lio showcasing diverse design styles and motion graphics work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create simple motion graphics and animations to enhance user experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with crossnunctional teams.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong tinie managennnt skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
