Group Leader Quality

**Tasks**:

- Lead (technically and disciplinarily) a large unit with different/more complex functions
- Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment; according to the criteria of production planning/control and characteristics
- Conduct shift and operations planning and rearrange work processes and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks
- Running review of quality related processes by phase of the development of a product and the run production, review of the product quality by inclusion of client-relevant quality standards
- Mentoring and development of processes belonging to the plant, early detection of weak points, as well as if applicable discharging of necessary corrective actions in the operative day trade for engine harnesses
- Creating a defect analysis after objective and economic aspects, discharging conformable actions and controlling of their effectiveness

**Profile**:

- Completed Secondary vocational education
- At least 3 years experience in Quality
- Knowledge of methods of quality control, production and technology knowledge from the area of automotive electronics
- Good command of MS Office Package
- Fluency in English language, knowledge of German will be considered as an advantage
- Analytical skills and Flexibility
