**Key Requirements**:
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience as Growth Markerter and a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential solutions for corrective or preventive actions.
- Strong communication abilities in Bahasa and English
- an eager and enthusiastic learner who can pick up new skills quickly in a constantly changing field and advance them to have real-world business effects
