Guest Relation Officer

Making reservations for customers based on their various orders- Selling and promoting restaurant services- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process- Helping floor team for restaurant service- Up selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation**Requirements**:- Minimum SMA / SMK- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or FnB industry- Be able to work under pressure and target driven- Computer literacy (Microsoft office and google workspace)- Strong deal closing and negotiation skills- Strong business ability to strategically develope and manage customer relationship- Placement : Surabaya**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
