Details of the offer

1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contract

2. Update internal database with new hire information

3. Maintain HRIS

5. In-charge for employment benefits especially insurance (registration, update, termination, distribution, socialization, proceed claim reimbursement)

6. Handle HR movement : end contract period, end probation period, updating database for all employee's status/level change

Qualification needed

1. Work experience as HR Administration/Generalist or similar role

2. Experience in handling employee database

3. Basic knowledge of labor legislation

4. Good in excel

5. Good verbal and communication skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
