About the Head of Advertising Role:
In this business critical role, you will lead the team in Indonesia to propel the company's growth by implementing new initiatives within an environment of growth hacking, hyper-scaling and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding Sales and Advertising Monetisation
Lead the formation and implementation of brand and agencies advertising strategy with Lazada
Create a monetisation model using various online assets of ecommerce such as search, traffic and impressions
Link brand and communication with business needs by working together with internal stakeholders
Capture and use ecommerce insights and brand appeal and influence multi-channel integrated advertising strategy
Performance
P&L/Budgeting with Finance and management team
Manage different channels together to help understand the optimisation
Work closely with other departments including but not limited to Commercial, Marketing Intelligence/Business Intelligence team
Help to form an integrated brand and client's advertisement and marketing strategy
People Management
Build up the team and capability in the areas of search and advertisement
Drive the collaboration of the advertising team with internal stakeholders and external partners
To succeed in this Head of Advertising role, you must be able to drive business decisions through data-driven analysis and cross-functional/cross-level collaborations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years' experience in business strategy across advertising and sponsored solutions
Exposure in leading advertising strategy, online asset monetisation in e-commerce, internet platforms, search engines, and online media is a must
Problem solving skills
Experience working cross functionally within the company
Ability to leverage capability across technology and data
Ability to manage and execute within budgets
Ability to develop and renew strategic relationships with agencies and clients
