**About the Company**:
One of the biggest travel tech player in South East Asia is looking to hire a very experienced Head of Commerce Enablement & Market Intelligence to lead the whole commercial strategy for one of their business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Continuously improve and ensure the relevancy of the sales structure and KPI to the changing market conditions and commercial strategy.
- Define and orchestrate the adoption of the sales performance metrics, target setting, and achievement tracking.
- Define and orchestrate the development and operations of supporting systems, i.e. toolkit, to enable the team to perform at their best in achieving their KPIs.
- Define and orchestrate the development and operations of tracking systems of the overall commercial performance.
- Continuously improve the end-to-end business process in all stages of the hotel partner lifecycle with the aim to keep reducing waste
- Build an onboarding program tailored for the sales team with the relevant context based on the commercial strategy of each destination.
- Orchestration of competition and market intelligence capabilities.
- Orchestration of information distribution to ensure confidentiality and relevancy of information consumption by the stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the information gathering process to increase information accuracy and improve timeliness of information consumption by stakeholders. ?
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably with experience in multinational companies.
- MBA degree from a reputable university is an advantage.
- Ability to think comprehensively in solving organizational problems.
- Strong passion in driving productivity through systematic approach and clarity. A firm believer that there is always a way to improve productivity.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skill, i.e. able to use story-telling skill to influence others.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to details.
