**Responsibilities**:

- Handle end to end commercial process : Sales, Marketing Strategy, Key Account Management, Market Research, Market Innovation, and Business Development
- Initiate and direct and control commercial operations in order to ensure agreed-upon sales targets and objectives are met
- Provides detailed knowledge of flavors material to develop a fundamental understanding of materials performance
- Gather and communicate market knowledge with internal organization, recommend or implement action to meet evolving circumstances, and assist in the development of sales business strategy.
- Ensure all management systems within the sales department meet the ISO Quality System requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- Has minimum 10 years experience in Coating Adhesive Industry
- Experiences in leading a team and excellent organizations
- Strong marketing strategy following with market research, market innovation and technology
- Has experienced in MNC company and regional coverage will be a plus
- Exposure in adhesives, other adjacency composites/battery/electronics would be added advantage.
