Job Description Strategic Leadership: You Provide Strategic Direction For The Engineering Department, While Aligning Palm Oil Activities With Overall Company ObjectivesResponsible For Implementing Processes To Improve The Optimization And Efficiency Of Agriculture Machinery And EquipmentDevelop And Execute Maintenance Programs For Machinery To Minimize Downtime And Ensure Operational ReliabilityYou Lead And Mentor A Team Of Engineers And Technical StaffRequirement You bring 15 years of experience as a Head of Engineering preferably within the Palm oil or rubber industryBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferredProven experience in an engineering leadership role within the palm oil industry is preferredMust be familiar with engineering sites and palm oil infrastructuresExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication in English & French is preferred
