**The Engineering Manager position is responsible for**:
1. leading Maintenance and Reliability programs at site as well as ensuring all utility and infrastructure support are working well
3. Develop and execute projects, based on need for replacement, SHE or cost savings. Manage base level spending and define priorities and time lines based on Company's policies and procedures for project management.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and Company's requirements concerning all physical assets.
5. Hand-on experience in WCM, TPM, RCM, Lean Six Sigma will be value added
6. Focus on cost (reduction) through stock and spares management, good planning and optimization of manpower.
7. Maintain a high level of SHE Management System (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) in the
Maintenance & Engineering area
8. Ensure accurate and proper handling of MRO procurement and it's administration. Drive for timely delivery of goods and processing of documents.
9. Guide and support all aspects in relation to the utilities section and ensure an effective and efficient operation.
10. Focus on elimination of non-value-added maintenance strategies and technician skill development
11. Develop the talent in Engineering and succession planning in Engineering Dept to ensure the business is running without any resources interruption.
12. Champion for Digital Transformation program of the company, translating strategy onto action and ensuring the digital transformation giving right solution for business problems.
Skills and Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management in maintenance and engineering, specifically on Large scale Industrial Plant (Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power Plant)
- Strong knowledge and aptitude of mechanical and electrical/Instrumentation engineering
- Leadership, management, and organization skills
- Capable of building collaborative working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to delegate and hold self and others accountable
- Demonstrated high level of problem-solving ability to make decisions independently
- Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organizational change and improvements
- Able to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with computerized maintenance processes and tools (e.g. maximo, SAP PM, etc)
- High proficiency with MS Office products, digital tools and data analytic
