Head Of Finance Shared Service

As the Head of Finance Shared Service, you will be responsible to lead and manage the shared service for finance function to serve internally and externally.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Develop KPI and build finance shared service from scratch
- Timely and accurate processing of all Financial Operations transactions
- Drive performance and quality of teams to exceed quality expectations
- Develop and provide KPIs and metrics to senior management
- Organize and prioritize workloads to meet the demands of the role and consistently hit KPI's
- Drive best practice and process efficiencies through continuous improvement
- Build and develop stakeholder relationships with other managers and the wider business

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Minimum 10+ years of experience of leading and developing a shared service function and of process improvement methodologies
- Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Credible experience of effectively utilizing KPI's to track and drive performance and quality in a consistent manner
- Excellent oganizational skills, ability to manage conflicting demands priorities
- Strong communication skills
