Head Of Growth

**About the Company**:
We are looking for a Head of Growth to join a fast growing social commerce company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking ownership of and responsibility for OKRs connected to the growth marketing process and outcome
- Create a plan for growth marketing initiatives using the different channels.
- Manage all marketing inbound initiatives, experiments with new channels to gain new leads
- Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
- Leading the growth marketing department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole
- Keep good connections with people in a range of positions and functions, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional users.
- Establish Ad-hoc projects based on weekly performance to maintain and improve direct and indirect internal performance

**Key Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of growth marketing experience within Tech/Start up companies
- Able to leverage multiple data sources to develop hypotheses and execute test
- Must have experience in developing marketing campaigns for customer lifecycle, subscription, membership, and retention.
- Individual with a strong understanding of business acumen and analytical skills
