**Requirements**:

- Have at least Bachelor Degree in related field (Psychology, Law, Management, or any related major
- Have knowledge about HC Process especially in a Start-up Company
- Min. 7 years experience in similar position
- A great leader with good communication skill
- Wiling to join immediately
- Willing to WFO

**Job Description & Main Responsibilities**

Responsibilities to lead and manage the Human Capital team, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, managing employee relations and benefits.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Report HR departments progress
- Oversee the implementation of cultural initiatives to improve employees' experience.
- Responsible for the coordination of administrative work such as major meetings and events, fixed assets and personnel file management.

**Office Location: Jakarta (WFO)**

Pay: Rp17,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
