Job Description Actively Implement Strategic HR Initiatives Such As Succession Planning And Staff Retention Programs For The Company And Within The Department As And When Appropriate.Enhance The Working Relationships Between Management & Employees Via Different Employee Engagement & Continuous Improvement Programs To Create Better Lives & Welfare For Employees.Improve An Adequate Talent Management Process, Employee Culture, And Organisation Development Promptly.Requirement 12+ years of experience in HR, well exposed in all 3 HR spectra including people engagement, people management, and general affairs.Ideally coming from a Banking background.Professional level of English proficiency.
