**Head of Japan Desk, Jakarta, Indonesia**:
We're hiring! We are recruiting for a Head of Japan Desk to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia
This role will be responsible for building the portfolio for the Japanese corporate, customers segmentation for Aon Indonesia, as well as the development of existing clients. This role will aim to build and grow relationships with Japanese businesses across Indonesia.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Building the portfolio for Japanese corporate customers segmentation for Aon Indonesia as well as the development of existing, build and growth relationship with all Japanese business in the country.
- Driving the Sales and Business development strategy in managing and growing our new and expanded business for Japanese Business in Indonesia. Implement the sales process for Commercial Risk Solutions and Health Solutions to deliver new/new and expanded revenue growth. Working closely with Regional personnel and your direct supervisors in order to achieve the set objectives.
- Work together with all other units and ensure that business is placed and serviced accordingly within these units. Additionally, ensuring proper client servicing and the effective management of risk processing, market communication and proper maintenance of business records;
- To lead, direct and manage Japan Team in Indonesia for the profitable achievement of the department goals and objectives.
- Active role in all sales related meetings and comply that you and your team's reporting of SFDC and forecast is updated on a weekly basis.
- Build and achieve the Japan Team Budget and Performance Score Card (PSC) objectives.
- You will be supporting Management in managing and growing our new and expanded business in Indonesia and to further develop the sales plans for your team.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in market & strategy and business development roles within the financial services industry
- Understanding of Indonesia insurance market
- Understanding of Japanese client network with strong commercial attitude
- Good communication skills with ability to present, negotiate and influence at C suite level with clients
- Effective people management and team member engagement skills
- Proven track record in delivering creative solutions in deal negotiation, to deliver new business opportunity aligned to client need
- Minimum 10 years experience.
