My client is an international telecommunications service provider looking to recruit esteemed and experienced marketing professionals
In summary, the Head of Marketing is responsible to develop and execute the following:
- Comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives (e.g, Revenue)
- Identify Growth opportunities, develop Growth Strategies and oversee the execution of campaigns that mostly using digital channel
- Oversees design, development and deployment of campaigns integrating marketing analytics orchestrated through MarTech platform, and manages stakeholders across the organization.
- Leverage data analytic to track performance and use data insights to inform marketing strategies, refine customer segmentation, and personalize marketing efforts.
- Lead marketing strategics across all products and use-cases working closely with internal teams and external vendors. They also assist in assessment and deployment of new initiatives
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Guide the team and organization on digital marketing practices and methodologies
- Growth Marketing:
- Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to optimize acquisition channels, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Digital Marketing:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Customer Experience Optimization
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Continuously improve the customer onboarding process and user engagement strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient marketing campaigns while maintaining quality.
- Oversee the campaign management process
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors' Degree in Marketing related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing processes, ceremonies, and cadence
- Ability to driving marketing spend optimization integrating marketing analytics solutions and MarTech stack
- Proven expertise of delivery impact across paid and own media channels
- Agile experience, with specific Agile Lead (i.e., Scrum Master) experience preferred
- Ability to coach team on agile practices and ensure adherence to agile methodology to deliver max business value on time
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
- Strong mediator
- Active coach / mentor whose goal is to enable growth within the team
- Fail-fast mentality; challenges status quo and moves the team to action
