**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a holistic marketing and sales strategy, including promotional campaigns, advertising and other marketing activities to achieve the company's sales targets.
- Manage and lead marketing and sales teams, provide guidance and motivation to achieve defined sales goals.
- Define potential target markets and develop strategies to reach relevant customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and keep an eye on trends in the PC/laptop industry.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences and evolving market needs.
- Coordinate with the product and service team to ensure an in-depth understanding of the PC / laptop products being sold, including their features, specifications and benefits.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years work experience in marketing and sales, with at least 2 years in managerial position.
- Have in-depth knowledge of PC / laptop products, including the latest features, specifications, and technologies.
- Have a solid understanding of the PC/laptop market, trends, and industry competition.
- Good leadership skills and experience in managing and inspiring marketing and sales teams.
