Job Description

Conduct a thorough analysis of operational metrics to identify gaps related to parcels exceeding the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Develop strategic improvement initiatives aimed at reducing lead times and ensuring SLA targets are consistently met.

Use data simulations to establish a new standard for business speed.

Ensure the shipper profile meets the targeted lead time requirements.

Create team and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and achieve these goals.

Requirement

Bachelor/Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or equivalent.

Have min. 5-8 years of experience in the same field.

Data driven mindset and data visualization.

Curious and have strong project management skills in order to lead strategic initiatives and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Operation network planning.

Basic knowledge for automation/SQL/Python or analytics tools Tableau / Datastudio / Power BI, etc. is a plus.

Good in spoken English.
