Tasks
- Manage the design and development team, and ensure optimal performance.
- Customize and extend themes and plugins as needed.
- Develop innovative and visually appealing website designs using Elementor, while prioritizing user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, taking into account resource allocation, budget constraints, and technical feasibility.
- Prioritize and coordinate development efforts to meet project deadlines and budgetary requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, and encourages open dialogue and constructive feedback.
- Providing regular updates on project status.

**Requirements**:

- Strong expertise in design with a demonstrated sense of aesthetics.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of proven track record in leading a team and dealing with user experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in website development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
