**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any major from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years of experience as a housekeeping manager/supervisor in a shopping mall, apartment, or high-rise building.
- Familiarity with housekeeping and pest control service standards.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement work plans for housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Monitor and evaluate housekeeping operations, ensuring adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
