Job Responsibility Housing and Transport Coordinator: Familiar to communicate daily with client, contract drivers and internal service representatives. Ensure records and audits all documents for equipment tracking. Develops and maintains a positive working rapport with customer & transportation partners. Process and complete all documentation assigned in a timely manner. Collect and organizes daily delivery orders. Works closely with dispatch to ensure all deliveries are met in a timely manner. Familiar to communicate regularly and effectively with client, services coordinators, services providers and support personnel to ensure that clients meet house application requirements and maintain housing when secured. Identify and present housing options to clients that fulfill their specific location, size and affordability requirements. Be available to respond to questions from clients and authorized service providers/family members.
