**Job Summary**:
As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. This position will be remote, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Documentation**: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and benefits.
- **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
- **Onboarding Assistance**: Facilitate new hire orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure new employees complete all necessary paperwork.
- **Employee Relations**: Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- **Benefits Administration**: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Coordinate with benefit providers as necessary.
- **Payroll Support**: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate processing of employee payroll data and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees. Maintain training records and assist with training program evaluation.
- **HR Compliance**: Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes to labor laws and assist in implementing necessary updates to HR policies and procedures.
- **HR Projects**: Assist in special HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, or HR system implementations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience working remotely is preferred.
**Salary**: Rp3,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
