Hr Admin Operation

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, personal information, and employee documents.- Update internal databases with new hire information and also termination information.- Develop and execute onboarding and offboarding material- Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they're eligible for, etc)- Being participated on any HR projects like job fair, etc.**Requirements**:- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role- Basic knowledge of labor legislation- Experience using spreadsheets- Organizational skills, great time management, and attention to detail.- Good verbal and written communication skills- Had an educational background in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanUpah: Dari Rp300.000.000 per bulan
